Marriage is awesome , but it can also be really stressful some days .
Every marriage faces challenges . Infact , most of the strongest couples you know are probably the one who have endured the most challenges together .Early days in marriage brings rest , but it is the diffculty days that bring growth .
challenging and  stressful situation will come . Preparing for them can help endure then together in partnership with each other .

Stress related to money is now often listen as the number one cause of divorce (which is ironic , because divorce ends up causing much more financial stress . You and your spouse need to get on the same page with money .

when a husband and wife are financial healthy , it brings a tremendous amount of peace  , to the relationship 
but when there is stress related to finance , it can bleed over into every other aspect of life .

Every person 's financial situation is different , but there are some rock solid financial principles that will bring health to any mariage 
here are three  ways to get started :

1) RELENTLESSELY ELIMINATE DEBT :

Gaining debt is like gaining weight . It can add up pretty fast and it can be pretty tough to get rid off it . Tae darastic actions to live with little debt as possible .





















2) MAKE GENEROSITY A PRIORITY : 

The happiest couples I know are also the most generous . Do not strive just to improve your standard of living , but work together to improve your standard of giving . Misers ends up miserable but generous people end up blessed . 







REMEMBER , YOU  WILL DISCOVER THAT YOU HAVE TWO HANDS ONE FOR HELPING YOURSELF AND OTHER FOR HELPING OTHERS 








3) COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SPOUSE ABOUT PURCHASE AND PAYMENTS: 

Do not hide money or purchases from your spouse . Build your marriage on a foundation of trust and open communication . Talk about major purchases and slow respect to one another through the whole process . 















4)MISS COMMUNICATION :

Communication does for marriage what breathing does for body. When communication is not  happening clearly and consistently , the marriage suffer.















1O THINGS TO DO TO HELP YOUR MARRIAGE FEEL LESS STRESSED :
1)ALWAYS PUT YOUR SPOUSE FIRST:

This is huge principle and key to reducing relationship stress . Ideally , a husband and wife put the other first , but you only have control your behavior 

2)HAVE FUN TOGETHER :

Movies , walks , picnic , games , trips ..... not just fun but hilarity . Laughing together is a great relationship medicine.

3)BUILD TOGETHER TIME INTO YOUR SCHEDULE :
Time your spouse should not be relegated on the status of leftover . Your spouse trumps all other priorities and schedules . If the mean scrawling relax together on the calendar in indelible marker , then so be it .

4)COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND RESPECTFULLY :
Like sit com fodder , misunderstandings are the source of a lot of tension . Always keep your spouse in the loop , and always communicate with love and good manner . 
5) TELL THE TRUTH :

Remember the old adage , " when you tell the truth , you do not have to remember what you said the last time . " People who do not keep secretes experience less stress in relationship .
6)HOLDS HANDS , HUG AND MAKE OUT :
Physical contact is a proven stress reliever . Squeeze into the same chair to watch TV , just hang all over one another. Reach out and take your spouse's hand while walking , driving , or at an event . Be deliberate about demonstrating affection via physical contact
